Videosync running slow in ableton

Hi, when i open ableton, videosync suddenly gets very jerky and slow,

Can anybody advise as to how to fix this? Im on windows 11 pc

Hey Charlie. Could you verify what your monitor’s refresh rate is, and if Videosync’s Target FPS (under Render Settings on the Video tab of the Settings window) is not set to a value higher than that?

Okay, this goes to show that your monitor is running on 50 Hz, while Videosync is drawing 60 FPS. If you set the target FPS of Videosync to 50, does the window get less jerky?
