I was invited to play my AV set in a planetarium where they don’t have HDMI but only NDI via network. I have used NDI in the past with VDMX which does have NDI settings in its preferences.
Can I use NDI with Videosync as well?

Hey Susanne! While Videosync can output to Syphon locally, it doesn’t have an integrated way to output straight to NDI. You should be able to do that using NDI Syphon though!
VDMX shows up as a NDI output in the NDI Router app but Videosync doesn’t. So my guess is that it might not be compatible.

No problem! Also make sure that the desired Syphon output is enabled on the IO tab of Videosync’s Settings window.

Excellent, it seems to work fine, I see the signal both in NDI Syphon and then also in the NDI Router app.
