Videosync 2: horizontal green and black lines on video display

Hello! I’m getting green and black horizontal lines over the images/videos on the video display when connecting Ableton Live and Videosync. What must be going on? Thank you so much. Here is what I see:

Hi Marcel, thank you for reporting this issue. This seems to have to do with this change mentioned in the release notes for Videosync 2.1.10:

  • Videosync now uses hardware-accelerated video decoding on Windows where supported, so video clips on Audio Tracks appear more quickly and CPU usage is reduced.

Until we resolve the issue in a future update, you can download Videosync 2.1.9 here. Apologies for the inconvenience!
