update: restarting Live a second time revealed the Videosync folder.
sorry for newbie question. I am running a fresh install of Live 12.3.6. I’ve installed Videosync 2.1.9.
In Live, under Places > User Library there is no Videosync folder.
In the demo projects, selecting a Videosync device and choosing “Show Device File in Browser” has no effect.
I am not yet licensed.
