The issue is that the camera cannot be connected. I tried replacing the driver, but it didn’t work. Even running Ableton Live and Videosync 2 on the same GPU didn’t help

Sorry about that! Are you able to receive the same camera as a source in software like OBS Studio? What camera exactly are you using?
Yes, I can normally receive the capture from the same camera in OBS. I have tried three different cameras, and they all work normally in OBS. However, in Videosync 2, I cannot receive the camera capture. Please see the screenshot above for the report
Alright, that’s good to know. Could you however still share the names/types of cameras you’re using?
The camera I use is ZEV 1, and it works normally after I reinstall the computer system
