Result in videosync not the same as in ISF-editor

Hi,

I made an ISF shader in ISF-editor with a videosource. Saved it and opened it in Ableton-videosyn on an audiochannel with effects/ISf-shader and opened on another audio channel an effects/videoshader with the videosource but I cannot get the same result with blending the 2.

What can be the reason?
