Removing Video from ram during set play through

I have produced a Live set that is 45 minutes long which includea some videos on simplers that are used once during each of the 15 songs (and some which are used during the whole set) I automated simplers on and off hoping the video would be cleared from ram after it had been turned off. Is there a way to do this? I have 128 GB of ram but it is still not ram enough to load all the video for my set.

Unfortunately the only way to unload the videos from RAM is to delete Simpler from your Live Set. The alternative would be to use HAP encoded videos, which aren’t loaded in/read from RAM, as I mentioned in this thread. Have you already tried that, or is there a reason you haven’t gone down that route?
