I tried to remove my license from my macbook (need to change to a differente computer tomorrow) and I had an issue were it said:
“This license key is not compatible with Videosync 1.1.
Please contact us at firstcontact@showsync.com for a free license update.”
I already sent an e-mail but haven’t gotten a reply yet. Will I be able to license another computer tomorrow at the show?
This issue was resolved over email. The error message is actually incorrect and appears when attempting to deactivate a license while the machine is not connected to the internet. This is obviously confusing, so I’ve added a ticket internally so we can improve our error messaging in the future.
Issue was expertly and very quickly resolved I might add! And with some great tips as well
