Received refund and cancellation didnt ask for it

I purchased VideoSync last month

On march 6th (the day my band was to perform a battle of the bands) I got an email stating I got my money refunded and that cancelled my serial number, so we had to play the show with “TRIAL” bouncing around the screen.

I emailed “Paddle” the reseller and FirstContact@ShowSync.com and I havent heard anything in two days. Paddle responded right away stating that I have a valid account and they fowarded the issue to showsync

Has anyone ever experienced this?

Sorry to hear this happened when the refund wasn’t requested from your side. I can see Paddle triggered a chargeback alert that resulted in our system deactivating the license.

I’ll write Paddle to ask what caused the chargeback alert.
