No connection between Beam and Capture

Hello, I’ve followed all the steps exactly in this video but I’m not seeing any dmx values in capture when I test the lightbulb button.

I’ve tried deleting and re-making the CITP connection, restarting Beam, restarting Capture but the CITP status in Beam says “disconnected”.

I’m using both the demo version of Beam and Capture (I want to make sure this setup will work well for me before spending a bunch of money). As far as I can see, disabling CITP isn’t a limitation of either demo version… any idea what it could be?
Would greatly appreciate some help, thank you!

Solved. For anyone having the same problem- unplugging ethernet equipment from my computer allowed Beam and Capture to see each other, for some reason.
