How to remove audio from a film clip

Hi there, I have a .mov file and I need to remove the audio from it as turning the volume down also removes the image.

Whats the best method to remove audio in this case?

Hey Charlie, welcome to the forum!

The quickest way to do that is by lowering the Clip Gain instead of the Track Volume slider. Alternatively, you can also use Videosync’s Properties device to mute the audio, or Live’s own Utility effect to lower its Gain to -inf.
