yes, but it’s not set up to make audio-reactive geometric VJ shapes out of the box. It’s more an image-processing tool where you can link video actions, filters etc to audio in Ableton Live.
Having said that, there are two powerful geometric tools called ‘Lava’ and ‘Voronoi’ which generate shapes and also use them to filter and frame incoming video. There’s also a device that generates blocks from MIDI, which can be modified, and there’s a Shader device that can do all the geometric stuff that shader devices do in all the other VJ-type tools.
This is a users perspective, I don’t work for them. It’s great software, but it’s a bit more subtle than some of the VJ tools on offer elsewhere. Worth the ride, I would say, but it does depend what you want.
