Gaussian Effect/ Frosted Plexi glass

I am trying to recreate this effect with Ableton using a video wall.
I tried the Bloom Blur effect but its not quite what I want
I want it to look like frosted plexi glass in front of some lighting tubes (asteras)
anybody have suggestions?

there are four type of Gaussian blur filter on the ISF site. Hopefully this link will work but if not, search ‘Gaussian’…:
