Entec open usb stopping beam 2 from working?

Heya, I’ve recently got my hands on Beam 2 to use alongside Ableton; however, I’m having issues when it comes to using my USB interface. Weirdly, the moment I plug in my Entec open DMX usb the Beam 2 software closes, it also completely stops me from launching it if the Entec is plugged in prior. any ideas on what could be causing this?

Im on windows 10 and all my drivers are up to date
