do i have to pay the full price when i upgrade from the intro version to the full?

No, you don’t! We don’t have an automated process in place yet, but if you send an email to firstcontact@showsync.com and let us know when you made the purchase and to which email address the license is attached, we can refund your intro license. You can then purchase the full license like you normally would.
