Cannot detect my dmx interface in beam

I was going to do lights for my first show and brought my new Enttec DMX pro Midi interface, I could send signal from Enttecs EMU but I couldn’t do it with beam, I cannot see the Enttec interface as an output. Has anyone experienced the same?

Thanks for reaching out. Just to be sure, when you say you cannot see the interface, do you mean that it doesn’t appear as an available output device to add in Inputs & Outputs > USB Output > Device, as in the screenshot below?

Please make sure that EMU or any other lighting control application is not running while running Beam, as only a single application can claim the DMX USB interfaces.

Besides that, what version of Beam are you using and what OS are you on?
