Hello, I had to reinstall my Macbook which is running under Big Sur. I have the latest Ableton version and also the latest VideoSync. When I want to connect VideoSync to Ableton, VideoSync doesn’t appear in the list (under Midi/Link) so that I cannot add it. What do I have to do ?
Hi Sandra! The Control Surface is installed to Live’s User Library. Could it be that the User Library isn’t installed yet? Or that the path to the User Library has changed? If this is the case, you won’t be able to find the Control Surface in the list of the Link/Tempo/MIDI tab.
You can check this and set the location of the User Library here:
