Beam not sending DMX

I purchased Beam for Live a few days ago, and was able to connect to my lights using Ableton on OSX 10.15 and an ENTTEC Open DMX interface.

Today, returning to my set and configuration that was perviously working I am seeing odd behavior. Turning dials in the max devices no longer causes any updates in the the monitor in Beam. I’ve tried this in my saved set and Beam config, and also in the demo set and demo beam config. Strangely in the demo SOME of the max device knobs update the Beam monitor, but the vast majority do not.

I am not sure what is going on here, but currently the software is nonfunctional for me. What can I do to fix this?

Could you please provide more concrete information, so that we can try to reproduce this?

It would be great if you can share your Beam Fixture Patch (.sbp), a minimal version of your Live Set (.als) and any custom fixture profiles (.sbf), if you are using any.

A short video demonstrating the issue would also be helpful.
