I have been using Videosync in Ableton okay for a few weeks, but for the saving/exporting complexities.
As a means to save audio and video together I downloaded OBS Studio and VB Cable.
After I did that Videosync would no longer open properly. The programme opens and an icon is displayed in the task bar but Videosync will not display in the main window or allow you to access settings etc.
I uninstalled OBS and VB Cable but Videosync will still not load and I am unable to use it.

This issue was resolved over email. The problem is kind of specific to Windows. In this case the issue was that the Main Out window was actually off screen.
To any future readers: click Videosync in the Taskbar so it’s in focus, and then open the Settings window by pressing CTRL + ,. From there you can adjust the X/Y position (to for example 0/0) to bring the Main Out window back in view.
On Mac this is less of an issue as Videosync’s menu bar is always in view at the top of the screen, allowing the use Window > Zoom. This usually brings a window back into view in case it was off screen.
