Hey everyone,
didn’t find my issue in the posts so far.
So once Ableton is fullscreen and I have the Videosync-Window in front of it I can’t reposition it anymore by moving it. The workaround is catching it at the border and resizing it, which gets annoying pretty fast.

I’m not sure how to even achieve that: when an app is set to fullscreen (in your case Live), macOS should make it impossible to view any other application windows at the same time. In other words, setting Live to fullscreen while viewing Videosync on top of it should be impossible.
Instead, I usually set Live to cover the screen (with the exception of the Menu Bar) by holding Option and clicking the green + of Live’s window , and have Videosync float on top. Enabling auto-hiding of the Dock saves a lot of space in this case.
