# ClipSMPTE not loading

Hello!

New Ableton user here.  
My Ableton 10 Suite doesn’t take the ClipSMPTE in.  
What am I missing?  
I see it was not Windows compatable in the past…Still the case?

Hey Viking, apologies for the slow reply. Indeed, it is still the case that ClipSMPTE is not yet compatible with Windows. However, Live 11 has made it easier for us to add support for Windows, so once we have some spare time we’ll be sure to look into that.
