# Any option for Alpha-Channel on Windows

Hey there,  
I´m new to videosync and I am wondering if there is any option to playback videos with an alpha-channel on Windows via Ableton Videosync. HAP isn’t supported and ProRes4444 with alpha cannot be decoded (“No suitable decoder found”). AVI of course isn`t supported either.

Would appreciate any help.

Hey Philipp,

Welcome to the forum! HEVC seems like the codec capable of doing this, but Videosync does not yet seem to support it very well on Windows. I have added a ticket to keep track of this.
